Vehicle graphics can show your fellow football and basketball tailgaters that you’re not just a fair-weather fan, you’re a super fan! You treat each game day as a special holiday, with your vehicle wrapped to show your team spirit.
We wrap a lot of vehicles for North Dakota State University fans here in Fargo. The NDSU Bisons have won the FCS Football Championships for the last three years, so the fans are excited for every game, home and away. In fact, the Fargodome evenranks #4 on a “Best places to tailgate” online list.
Some of those fans come to us for vehicle graphics to show off their fandom. Imagine pulling into the parking lot on game day with a vehicle wrapped with your favorite team name, mascot, and colors. You’d be the belle of the (foot)ball.
A lot of fans wrap their vehicles for life. Since vehicle graphics can last 5 – 7 years (or more), many people will get rid of their car or truck before the graphics wear out. Luckily, the graphics peel off without any damage. Whether it’s cars and trucks with full wraps or even decals, there are vehicle graphics for every budget and look.
But it’s not just vehicles that can use vinyl graphics. One customer had us wrap a bar that he takes to all his tailgate parties. We’ve also wrapped folding tables and laminated cornhole boards.
We’ve even applied vehicle graphics to trailers and trucks. A trailer company we do a lot of work with has ordered a lot of trailers in the school’s green and gold colors. This makes it easier for our production crew, which means we don’t have to wrap customers’ trailers in green and gold to start with. Since the trailers come pre-painted, we can focus on the vehicle graphics themselves.
We’ve even done trailers for NDSU itself — one was splashed with the school’s logo and colors, plus the 2013 championship banner we recently did for the ESPN College GameDay event. The other trailer was a large photo from last year’s championship game.
When I attended the FCS Championship game in Texas last year, I saw a lot of fans getting creative with the bison logo during the many tailgate parties. There were stuffed buffalo, stampeding buffalo pictures, and a lot of logos. It gave me a lot of ideas for next year.
